Big Tow

Saw a truck towing another truck on my way into work today... I mean seriously is that legal? I've always seen broken down trucks towed by massive break down lorrys where the truck is half on the back of it. I've been towed in a car a few times and it's harrowing having to steer and break without the power assistance me am engine. It must be 100 times worse in a truck!
