Death Note

I've heard about the anime Death Note, but never seen it before. Sadly we missed the first couple of minutes of it but we picked up the storyline very quickly. It's a dark tale about a boy who finds a book that when written in can kill any person just by writing their name. The boy decides to use the book for "good" by killing off criminals and others he deems worthless to society. Visually stunning, with some new techniques in changing focus and panning and some thought provoking writing this is an anime I'll be picking up at the dealers room tomorrow :-)
