So where's the Muhammad car wash

Say this go a petrol garage on the M1... Just weird. Why Christ? So where's the Muhammad car wash? Hmm sure there could be a really catchy slogan to go with that... How about we'"ll wash away the sins of the road"... Anyone got any other ideas?
