Jumbled Posts

Orange is possibly the worst service provider in the world. My posts are uploaded via email through the orange servers. Which in theory is fine. However in practice the orange servers spend more time down than up. According to orange they've been working on it since the 23rd June. Nearly 2 months later... And still knackered. So apologies for the posts being go wierd orders... I'll fix them on my return.

Just popping to the shops

We all went out to get supplies from the local Tescos for the next couple of weeks... We did a pretty good job of filling my dads car right up!

We have arrived...

... And so has the rain :-(

Yay Holiday

Yay I'm off on holiday soon :-) just finishing up packing and we're off to sunny Devon. I'll try and update my blog, but regulars to this site know that's always a bit hit and miss with me. I'll definitely have plenty of photos tho :-)

Birthday

Well it's my birthday again, another year closer to 30 (Only one left now). Some cool things have happened to me since this time last year (Nomi by far being the best)... some not so cool (Far too many illnesses and funerals)... but what the hey life goes on, and I plan on clinging to it with grim determination for a bloody long time. I've far too much to enjoy.

Got a lot of posts to put up, and to boot I'm off on holiday in a few days too (Yay :-) ) So hopefully I'll get them done... watch this space.

Birthday Drinks

Top floor of the Punch and Judy, we spent most of the time on the balcony (Despite the rain) watching the street performer "King Pop"






Then we went off for food at the Texas Embassy... mmm steak!




Next on the agenda was Garlic and Shot's, it's a really cool Gothic pub that serves a variety of shot ranging from crazy to painful.

We finished the night off in an Eerie pub called Ben Crouches Tavern... Lou couldn't get enough of her 7 deadly sins cocktails:

Motorstorm Pacific Rift

Whilst we were at the Red Bull Air Race we took the chance to pop over and see the Motorstorm Pacific Rift stand. They had a massive 4x4 truck kitted out in the games colours (I wonder who gets to keep this when they've finished doing promotional tours with it?)

The little hut they had, had 3 PS3s running the game... in 2 player mode (Something I've been eagerly anticipating, and was shocked the original didn't have):



Nice little touch tho was a RC Motorstorm track, sadly the buggies had run out on battery by the time we showed up :-(

Hammock

For some totally bizarre reason there was a stand selling Hammocks at the Red Bull Air Race? I mean why? Nomi couldn't resist the opportunity to have a go though :-)
